Kelvet – Return & Refund Policy

At Kelvet, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel designed to elevate your everyday wear. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Return Policy (1–2 Day Window)

If you'd like to return your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at hello@kelvet.com. Returns requested beyond this window will not be eligible.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • A return can only be processed once per order.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

To initiate your return, please provide:

  • Your Order Number, or

  • The Name and Email Address used to place the order.

Once approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or order changes must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
If cancelled within the 12-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@kelvet.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Please note:

  • Damage to packaging alone is not considered eligible for return or refund.

  • We do not accept returns for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper washing, or misuse.

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

While we aim to deliver promptly, Kelvet is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
For delayed, lost, or stolen packages, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours.
We are not liable for orders lost due to an incorrect address and cannot offer refunds or resends in such cases.

Kelvet reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined above.
